The Service and Transport unit performs assignments for all of the municipality's operations as well as for municipal citizens. Furthermore, the unit is also a workplace for people with rehabilitation or labor market measures employment.

We are constantly working on developing the operations, such as reviewing our working methods and how we can meet the organization's future needs, for example through digitalization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who has a well-developed sense of service, enjoys working with people, and likes when one day is not like the other. You are someone who is good at seeing what needs to be done and ensuring it gets done. A prerequisite is that you have a resource-efficient mindset in your work. You are clear but at the same time receptive, and you have a creative streak that makes you eager to turn ideas into practice.

We provide service to all of the municipality's operations where your tasks include transport, maintenance, simple craftsmanship, assembly, and repairs at the various operations.

We place high demands on independence and planning ability. A driver's license is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• has a B driver's license
• wants to work with service
• is practically inclined and good at problem-solving.
• enjoys taking responsibility and working independently.
• can create good relationships and trust with our customers.
• has commitment and drive that contributes to developing our operations.
• is experienced in using a computer or smartphone as a tool in their work.
• has sufficient proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, to understand instructions and communicate information.

We believe you have a high school education and/or a KY education preferably with a focus on property management, operations, or administration or equivalent relevant work experience.
